Unfortunately, Corgis sometimes end up in shelters. Sweet, adorable puppies grow up and are surrendered by owners who didn't fully understand the commitment they were making when they agreed to take a dog into their home. |

The Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America Corgi Rescue, and its affiliate clubs, provide a temporary home and care for Corgis in need of a new family. Corgis are not a common breed and fortunately, there are not a lot of dogs or puppies that end up in rescue situtations. However, on occasion the Greater Houston Pembroke Corgi Fanciers Club may have a recused dog and after careful evaluation, may place the corgi into a loving, qualified home, where they can become a part of a family and wonderful companions for the remainder of their lives. |
