Pat
Proud new mom of 2 special girls!

Pat's Story

Pat contacted Corgi Rescue and was approved as a potential adoption candidate for one of these special "Golden Girls." Pat and her sister made the trip to the San Antonio area where the girls were being fostered and fell in love. Unable to choose between the two, she decided to keep them together and adopted both. Thanks Pat for giving our two special "Golden Girls" a great new home and helping them stay together.

We look forward to updates from Pat on how the girls, who've been renamed Jenny and Flora, settle into their new home.

Toffy
Female, 12 years old

Toffy's Story

This is a spry 12 year old who acts half her age. She is a bit aloof but warms up to people after awhile. She is a red-headed, tri-color who also loves her crate.

Toffy is leash trained, has not shown any signs of dog aggression and knows how to use a doggie door. She would make a fine addition for a loving home.

Mimsy
Female, 11 years old

Mimsy's Story

This darling girl is 11, a red-headed, tri-colored, with a slight vision impairment, but she gets around fine.

She is very friendly, leash broke and loves her crate. She can be a bit stiff on cold mornings but gets along fine. She has not shown any signs of dog aggression. She has a history of occasional bladder infections which are controlled easily with medication. (Medication will be sent along with her.)

Mimsy is a somewhat overweight and would be much more active if she lost several pounds. We are working on that now. She would do well in a quiet, loving home with people who can say 'no' to treats.
